West Asset Management takes a progressive treatment approach to recovering debt prior to taking legal/arbitration action against the consumer.

Investigative Approach.

Utilizing an investigative approach, West Asset Management works with your customers to better understand the reasons behind the cease and desist or other dispute. Our intent is to encourage the cardholder to make the owed payments and rekindle the relationship with the card issuer.

What we do.

Based on client need, West Asset Management provides first and third party pre-legal services for resolution of cease and desist (cardholder and agency referral), debt settlement, and collector referral accounts.
