We see ourselves as account resolution experts who work in tandem with your patients to resolve payment obligations. By working as a team and helping patients understand the billing process, patients don’t feel as if they are being pursued for money. Instead, they leave with a better understanding of their payment obligations and how to repay them.
We know there are a number of ways that hospital bills are resolved: the patient’s insurance, the patient themselves, or a charity care program outlined by their hospital. We work with the patient to fully explore each payment possibility and, per the client’s guidelines, qualify patients for charity care based on their financial status.
