Identifying, qualifying, and processing applicants for financial assistance is a time consuming, tedious process that uses valuable staff hours. West Asset Management relieves you of this burden and even proactively identify customers in geographic areas who may qualify for financial assistance. Once a local assistance program is identified or a new program becomes available, we conduct an outbound notification campaign to urge eligible low income hardship customers to use these programs.
West Asset Management has specialized agents who educate eligible customers on LIHEAP and other local energy or heat assistance programs available to them. These assistance programs are tracked via our proprietary database, giving us the ability to qualify customers as we talk with them over the phone.
