A. I enjoy talking to people and helping people calmed down in order to make payment arrangements.

A. She is a good team player; just like one of the collectors because she was a collector previously.

A. I was able to persuade an upset customer to make an $800 payment.

A. We celebrate each others birthdays, babies, and when you obtain a big payment
