A. I call borrowers and try to help them resolve their problems with their defaulted student loans.

A. Her determination for success makes me want to succeed and she always encourages me.

A. My goal was to obtain the overall numbers that would win me the Collector of the Year title and I became collector of the year in 2006 and 2008.

A. For Christmas my co-workers gave me the perfect gift, a gift certificate to my favorite nail salon.
