Q. How long have you been with the company?

A. Since October 2005.


Q. Briefly describe a typical day at your job.

A. I make outbound calls to assist people with questions concerning their mortgage.


Q. What qualities does your manager possess that motivates or challenges you?

A. She coaches and assist me with scheduling out my black book to help me reach my payment goals.


Q. Describe a time in your career at West when you overcame a challenge or resolved a difficult problem.

A. It was very cold, stormy weather I was very nervous on the roads coming in but I managed to stay through my shift. I had some not so friendly collections calls to make but my manager was able to coach me through it and I was able to get a postive results out of a negative call.


Q. Describe a favorite memory of a time with your coworkers.

A. We went on a ski trip on Valentines Day.


Q. What TV show do you make an effort to watch or record every week?

A. CSI and ER
